The price includes the listed transfer, the control-panel licence where applicable, and one IPv4 address. Domain registration, additional IP addresses and migration beyond the free tier are billed separately.

- What happens at renewal?
You are invoiced at the same price you signed up at. We do not run an introductory rate. - Is GST extra?
Yes. Prices here exclude GST; 18% is added at checkout. GST-registered businesses can claim input tax credit. - Hourly or monthly?
Cloud VPS plans can be billed by the hour or at a fixed monthly rate. Shared, Windows and dedicated plans are monthly or annual. - What if I go over the included transfer?
We contact you before anything is charged. We do not meter you silently and we do not auto-suspend for transfer alone.
