Nouns and numbers. Anything we do not list here, assume we do not do — and ask us, because the answer is usually short.
Included with every plan
- Control panel — cPanel, Plesk. cPanel on Linux shared hosting, Plesk on Windows. VPS and dedicated plans ship without a panel unless you ask for one.
- Storage — SSD. The exact capacity is on every plan row.
- Transfer — the figure printed on your plan row, per month. We contact you before anything is charged for going over, and we do not auto-suspend for transfer alone.
- SSL — free certificates, issued and renewed from the control panel.
- Operating system — Ubuntu 22.04 and other common images on VPS and dedicated plans.
- GST invoice — on every order, so a GST-registered business can claim input tax credit.

- Domain registration and renewal — see domain pricing
- Additional IPv4 addresses
- Migration beyond whatever free assistance we have agreed with you
- Control-panel licences on VPS and dedicated servers, if you want one
- 18% GST, added at checkout
Backups. We have not published a backup policy yet, so do not assume one. Keep your own backups, and ask us what is currently in place for your plan before you rely on it.
What we do not offer
Every limitation we disclose should make the rest of this page easier to believe.
- No "unlimited" anything. Every plan states a real number for CPU, memory, storage and transfer.
- No application-layer DDoS scrubbing as a standard inclusion. Network-level filtering exists upstream; a targeted attack on your application is not covered.
- No managed Windows administration beyond the Plesk panel itself.
- No compliance certifications — see what we do not claim.
- No blanket free-migration promise. Tell us what you are moving and we will tell you what it takes.
